Brand-new unit with a nice decor, helpful staff from the cleaning staff to receptionists.

The hotel provided a very good customer service during our weekend.

Everything was really good, including very friendly staff and incredible location on the beachfront at Llandudno. We greatly enjoyed well prepared breakfast at 9.15am, offered by the hotel.

The hotel was pleasant with marvellous and fantastic location near to easy walking distance to the town, and the Imperial for work over many years now.

Would recomand this accommodation to anyone. The location is magnificent, right in the centre of town.

Extensive breakfast to start the day, outstanding food. Airy and en suite rooms, magnificent views of the whole bay.

Staff were smart.

I liked the breakfast, it was sumptuous and extensive with the hot food served to order. The location turned out to be great, near to beach and shops and restaurant and bar.

Personnel was really excellent!

The room was en suite and stylish, plus I had a magnificent view. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was good.

The units are airy, huge with balcony.

Extensive breakfast with yogurt and freshly squeezed juice, as example and good customer service. Good-sized and newly decorated room with a huge comfy bed, fantastic views, as example, efficient staff.  

Well-appointed, brand-new room with a fairly clean bathroom.

Responsive staff, early check-in and amazing bar. Well-equipped and beautifully decorated room with very spacious bed and an iron and a terrace. A lot of good items for full English breakfast.

It is in absolutely perfect location to R a o b Club, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel. And it's nestled in a very well maintained building not far from the seafront of Llandudno Bay, a short walk from the town centre, 

We highly recommend staying here if you're visiting this area; the superior queen room is fantastic and comes with all the amenities you need, and we absolutely loved relaxing in the terrace bar.

Because of a problem with superior queen room we were upgraded and had a recently refurbished room with a very comfortable bed.
